The keenserts key locking insert is a high-precision, high-standard new type of screw threaded product with two or four keys on the external thread of the screw sleeve. The keenserts key locking inserts are made of carbon steel and stainless steel. From the external type of the product, there is a distinction between thin wall and heavy. The specifications also have metric inch sizes.
The most basic function of the key locking insert is to repair the internal thread and strengthen the strong internal thread. As a kind of thread repairing method, the keenserts key locking insert can repair the damaged thread quickly and effectively. It is applied to the low-strength material, which can greatly enhance the strength of the threaded hole.
