Key locking Threaded Insert is used to quickly repair stripped, damaged or worn out threads with new stronger thread or for use in original equipment. Inserts are easy to install and easy to remove. No special drills, taps or prewinder tools are required. The Keys are driven down into the thread of the surrounding base material, locking the insert in place. ABA can produce Keylocking Threaded Inserts to meet your special requirements .
Material: In Carbon Steel - C1215 or equivalent
In Stainless Steel - 303 or equivalen
Keys - 302 CRES or equivalent
Finish: Carbon Steel - Zinc Phosphate
Stainless Steel - Passivated
Tolerances: ±.010 inch or ±.25 mm unless specified otherwise.
