Solid Key Locking Inserts are threads both inside and outside, there is a specific fastener of four or two bolt keys on the external thread , Key locking insert kit into the bottom hole after tapping in, then four pins pressed into play a effect of strong fastening. The products are mainly used for the military, aerospace, railway locomotives, vibration machinery etc. for thread strength requirements for higher product used.
Material: In Carbon Steel - C1215 or equivalent

Keys - 302 CRES or equivalent
Finish: Carbon Steel - Zinc Phosphate
Stainless Steel - Passivated
Tolerances: ±.010 inch or ±.25 mm unless specified otherwise.
